Starfield Mod allows you to abandon your ship and walk on asteroids

When you feel trapped in your ship Starfielda modder has found a way to let you spacewalk in the Bethesda Game Studios title.
On Reddit, user WeirdConcern4666 shared a video showing off his character Starfield Jetpack through space. According to the poster, the instructions are actually quite simple. In the cockpit – but not while piloting the ship – enter the console commands “player.setpos x 10” and “setgravityscale 0” at the same time. When you are ready to return to your ship, teleport back to your ship and then use setgravityscale 1. For those who are unsure about playing around with the console, a shortcut mod has been uploaded to Nexus Mods.

Although Starfield Since the game has only been available for a short time at the time of writing, modders have been hard at work on the game. Among other things, Starfield Modders have fixed the game’s often frustrating and criticized interface, making it much easier to navigate. These aren’t the only fixes, and numerous different changes and modifications have been released via sites like Nexus Mods that are intended to both make the game easier to play and are pure patches. Overall, the community really made an effort Starfield even more the game players wanted, which is great to see.
I found it myself StarfieldThe space section is a bit sparse and I’m very interested to see what modders can do with the place where no one can hear you scream. There’s a lot of potential and it’s kind of a shame that Bethesda just left the area between worlds to be, well, a lot of empty space. At least you can walk on an asteroid now.
Starfield is currently available for PC and Xbox Series X/S. There is currently no clear indication as to when and if the title will appear on Sony consoles.
