Though Tori Meehan is perhaps best known now for being one of the 18 castaways in Survivor 42, many Tulsanians and Oklahomans may already know her as Miss Oklahoma Contestant she did four years in a row before taking part in “Survivor”. There, young Tori displayed an array of talents.

In her CBS bio, although she didn’t name Miss Oklahoma, she wrote about how attending pageants helped her pay for her tuition, which she is very proud of. “I completed my bachelor’s degree 100% debt-free and paid for 50% of my master’s degree by competing and receiving academic scholarships,” she wrote.
