Fans think a RHOBH star looks just like her daughter.

On March 3, 2023, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Teddi Mellencamp shared some throwback photos of himself taken in the ’90s. In the first picture, Mellencamp rocked dark hair and thin eyebrows — keeping up with the trend.

“Apparently ’90s eyebrows are making a comeback. If these photos aren’t proof that you should avoid it, grab a bottle of Boone’s Farm and ponder your choices. Who agrees with me and who’s into this trend?” asked Mellencamp over the caption.

And while many of her fans have responded to her question about the eyebrows, others couldn’t help but notice how similar she looks to her eldest daughter, Slate Arroyave.

Fans told Teddi Mellencamp that her daughter looks just like her

It didn’t take long for fans to react to Mellencamp’s photo, with some even believing it was her daughter Slate in the picture. Some of Mellencamp’s The Real Housewives pals also pointed out the resemblance, including Kyle Richards and Crystal Kung Minkoff.

“Oh hello slate” wrote Mellencamp’s bestie Richardsnoting the similarities between Mellencamp and her 10-year-old daughter.

“Wow!! I know she’s your double but I still thought she was!! I didn’t even notice the navel piercing… I’m sick in bed on my iPhone.” A fan commented on the post after mistaking the photo for Mellencamp’s daughter.

“Why isn’t that slate?” someone else wondered.

“Wow Slade [sic] sure looks like you! Mine isn’t growing much anymore ~ ​​I’m fine with what I have. I agree with you,” added another third Instagram user.

“Looks like slate”, said a fourth follower.

Mellencamp has three children with her husband Edwin Arroyave; Daughter Slate, son Cruz and daughter Dove. Arroyave also has a daughter named Isabella from a previous relationship.

Fans used to think that Slate looks like Teddi Mellencamp

This isn’t the first time fans have noticed similarities between Mellencamp and her daughter. In fact, there have been many other comments on her Instagram where people are comparing the two and feeling that Slate is her mother’s “twin”.

In May 2021, for example, Mellencamp shared another throwback photo of herself, this one, when she was in elementary school. Many people thought the photo was of Slate, so much so that Mellencamp added a disclaimer to the caption.

“My dad gives me a hard time about getting Slate braces; Actually, he hasn’t stopped making my life miserable since I got them 28 years ago, but that’s beside the point. He is for keeping things the way they are. But I know the braces have given me confidence, so I’m all for them. In addition to fans noticing an uncanny resemblance between mother and daughter, some felt the same way Mellencamp looked like her fatherMusician John Mellencamp.
