The 36-year-old “Teen Mom” father was seen in a recent photo alongside his wife as the two flaunted their much thinner frames.

Wearing a black tee, shorts and an inverted hat, the MTV star gave the camera a thumbs-up.

Kristina, 36, wore a two-tone knit top and cut-off denim shorts while her curly hair fell past her shoulders.

The photo, posted to a Teen Mom Instagram fan account, sparked comments from fans who couldn’t help but offer their opinions on how great the couple looked.

One fan wrote: “Wowsa you guys shrunk. You both look healthy and happy.”

“You two look great and healthy!” another commented.

A third wrote: “Wow! Gary looks great. Congratulations!”

Some fans also took to Reddit to offer their praise for the couple’s weight loss.

The duo are parents to an eight-year-old daughter, Emilee, while Gary is also a father to a 14-year-old daughter, Leah, whom he shares with ex-wife Amber Portwood, 32.

Teen Mom OG viewers know Kristina very well, having appeared frequently on the show following her and Gary’s wedding in November 2015.

She has also been looking after Gary’s daughter, Leah, who the MTV father gained sole custody of in December 2011.

Despite all of that, it seems like Gary and Kristina have continued to prioritize their health.

HEALTH IS WEALTH

Earlier this year, Gary confirmed on Instagram that he would be undergoing nose surgery.

Wearing a gray t-shirt, baseball cap and blue face mask, Gary stared at the camera and explained what happened in his caption.

“Time for everyone’s favorite topic: surgery. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it,” he began.

“I had sinus surgery, got narrow passages and did some other stuff in there. (No, it doesn’t come from the beginning) Your prayers are appreciated and welcomed.”

He continued, “Thank you for @kristina_shirley3 my nurse who will be helping me recover,” before joking, “Prayer to the doctors and the gas is going right through me.”

This comes just a year after the father-of-two underwent surgery for carpal tunnel.

At the time, Kristina posted a series of photos from inside the hospital, as well as some post-procedure images, to provide a medical update.

She revealed the TV personality underwent “bilateral endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery.”

A short time later, Kristina returned to the podium and said the surgery went well, prompting Amber to send prayers for her blended family in another post.
