A 13-year-old boy faces jail time after being found guilty of seven counts of sexual assault and attempting to rape two women – while wearing his school uniform.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, aimed at the victims as they walked alone and then sexually assaulted them from behind.
A court heard the first sex attack took place on December 15, 2022, ahead of a series of offenses between January 17 and 19 this year.
He mainly went after women around the Whitchurch Drive area of Telford, Shropshire, near the Princess Royal Hospital.
West Mercia Police said some of the victims described their attacker as wearing a school uniform.

The Telford boy has not testified and was found guilty by Kidderminster Youth Court today
During police questioning, the boy accepted being present at some of the crimes but denied any responsibility.
He claimed another unidentified man was present and may have been responsible for the attacks.

He will be sentenced by Shrewsbury Crown Court on May 5.
Detective Sergeant Chris Henry said afterwards: “I want to thank the victims for their bravery in testifying in court which led to today’s verdict.
“Fortunately, attacks like this are rare, but women everywhere can rest assured that if they do, we will not hesitate to act.”
