The £15m star is open to joining the top four sides including Tottenham and Liverpool

The telegraph claim Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot is keen on joining a Champions League club in the Premier League – with the report name dropping Tottenham and Liverpool as possible candidates.

Rabiot, 27, has been heavily linked with the exit door at Juventus. Reports in Italy even suggest so Valued at £15 million star has even informed the old lady of his desire to leave as his contract ends next summer.

A seven-time league champion – six with PSG and once with Juve – Rabiot’s preferred destination is the Premier League. Played in the Champions League for so long, he doesn’t want to change that this summer either.

Newcastle are said to have turned down an offer for Rabiot back this summer – but the report says he could consider a move to Manchester United or Arsenal. The Gunners are considering a trade with Hector Bellerin.

Which club would be the best for Rabiot? Of the six mentioned, Manchester United and Arsenal need Rabiot the most – but he may not be entertaining a Europa League side. Manchester City are likely to sign Kalvin Phillips and are ‘close’.

Liverpool have James Milner, Fabinho and Jordan Henderson in midfield. Chelsea could use cover but he would hardly start over Jorginho, N’Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic.

Tottenham, meanwhile, have signed Yves Bissouma and still have Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Rodrigo Bentancur and Oliver Skipp. Rabiot may have to consider Arsenal or Manchester United.
