Armed police arrested an 18-year-old boy on suspicion of being a jihadist.
Special officers from the London-based Metropolitan Police traveled 130 miles to arrest the suspect in Walsall, Mest Mids.
The Counter Terrorism Command operation pounced on the residential address on Tuesday morning.
There, officials arrested the teenager on suspicion of having distributed terrorist publications.
Then they surrendered the place in search of more evidence.

Meanwhile, the arrested man was taken into custody and questioned by the police.
He was released on bail that day and is due to report to officers in mid-February next year.
A Met spokesman said: “The investigation relates to Islamist terrorism.
The teenager was arrested during a proactive operation by the Met Counter Terrorism Command
“A teenager has been arrested on suspicion of terrorist offenses during a proactive operation by the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command.
“Met officials attended an address in Walsall, West Midlands, on Tuesday morning, November 22.
“An 18-year-old man was arrested at the address on suspicion of distributing terrorist publications (contrary to Section 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006).
“The officers also searched the address based on a search warrant.
“The man was taken into custody and has since been released on bail in mid-February 2023.”
