The $43,000 grand prize lottery ticket purchased in New Port Richey is about to expire
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – An unclaimed Florida Lottery ticket sold in New Port Richey valued at $43,783 will expire Tuesday, the Florida Lottery announced.
This ticket was purchased at Winn Dixie, 9101 Little Road.
The winning numbers are 14, 19, 29, 33 and 34 and the drawing took place on May 25th.
The deadline for submitting your FANTASY 5 winning ticket is midnight on Tuesday, November 21st. The application must be submitted to a Florida lottery district office.
FANTASY 5 is a pari-mutuel game in which players match 5 of 5 winning numbers drawn in any order. Players win cash prizes or a free Quick Pick ticket if they match two, three or four of the numbers.
