The Bachelor star, 27, gave a candid look at the surgery during a Q&A on Instagram after being asked, “Are you happy with your new nose?”

The marketing director said she’s not “100% happy” yet, but positive things are about to change.

“I still have a bit of pain that will last for another two to four weeks,” she explained.

“I’m not happy with the shape but I’ve been told that will change once the swelling goes down,” she added.

Bella went under the knife on September 10th.

She posted a picture of her bandages to Instagram Stories after the surgery and told her fans she wanted to be transparent about the surgery.

“My little nose freshened up a bit,” she explained in her caption alongside the picture.

“I loved how I used to look and my self-love didn’t depend on it. I just prefer the change it would make on my face,” she added.

She encouraged her followers to “be as curious as you like” by asking her questions about the proceedings and promised to discuss more about it soon.

The Bondi influencer rose to fame on Locky Gilbert’s 2020 season of The Bachelor, where she finished second to Irena Srbinovska.

The reality star has maintained a high profile ever since, even admitting she’s interested in becoming the next Bachelorette.
