The best units to capture in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes

Despite being primarily a Fire Emblem game, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is more of a core game of conquering the enemy than anything else. This means that in addition to the usual Fire Emblem tactics, you must use very specific strategies for your plans: attack, conquest, defend and defend. In this guide, we recommend some of the best units for seizure.

An important aspect of the Warriors games is the need to “capture” (or capture) the enemy’s bases to advance the mission. This means defeating the strongest unit of a red base and turning it into a blue one.

Technically, any unit can capture a base as long as it is directly controlled by you. However, with so many bases on the map, it only makes sense that an AI could be just as efficient at capturing enemy bases without your supervision.

To do this, conquerors must master two to three stats: attack or magicas well as defense. They need to be decent offensive units that are also defensive enough to take significant damage – both from enemy commanders and from the foot soldiers they call onto the battlefield. It’s best to pair them with healers who can act as mages for extra support.

If they can eventually transform into a class that has one assemble, all the better for your plan! They can hit enemy bases quickly and retreat just as quickly in an emergency (like another base that needs their support).

After Chapter Four, members of the Ashen Wolves will slowly become available for recruitment as well. Juri also makes a decent seizer. Byleth can also fulfill this role.

However, also note that you are free to put any character in a Seizer. Just get them into a class that wields a lance or rides a mount (like a Dark Knight).
