The Good Samaritan takes action against a drunk driver who tried to flee the scene of the fatal accident in shocking video

Shocking video from the crash site in Texas shows the moments a Good Samaritan chased a drunk driver who ran a red light and crashed into a car, killing an off-duty police officer.
In the newly released video, Dylan Molina, 26, can be seen trying to flee the scene after beating up off-duty police officer Alex Cervantes and his family.
Cervantes died at the scene, while his wife and two sons were seriously injured.
Video shows a man chasing Molina – who was served 16 shots of alcohol before getting into his rented Jeep – and holding him down so he can’t escape.
“You stay right there, motherf***er! See what you’ve done?!’ said Justin Gonzalez, the Good Samaritan. ‘You fucking killed someone, you motherf***er!’

The video shows Molina, a now-convicted felon, pacing the scene while others stand by, surveying the damage and calling the police.
Viewers can see the crashed rental jeep as well as other Good Samaritans trying to break into the car it hit head-on.
After pacing for several seconds, Molina pauses and runs while a spectator records the entire situation.
In an interview with FOX 4 Dallas, Gonzalez said the adrenaline kicked in and he knew what to do after witnessing the wreck.
“I wanted him down. I wanted him to be done. I wanted the cops to be there to get him,” the local outlet man said.
In the video, Gonzalez can be seen running after Molina, eventually pinning him to the ground and yelling profanities at the drunk driver.
While speaking to the outlet about the shocking video, Gonzalez apologized for repeatedly using the F-word.
“I want to apologize for my language,” he said.
“I just fainted at the time. I had the father instincts, the father instincts. Because two seconds later it would have been my car,” Gonzalez continued.

The head-on collision killed off-duty Euless Police Detective Alex Cervantes on impact.
Bystanders seen in the video trying to break into the limousine Cervantes was driving before the accident worked to pull out his sons and wife, who were pinned down.
Gonzalez said he was right behind the officer and watched the entire crash in horror.
Immediately, the Good Samaritan said he knew Molina was drunk when he approached him. Gonzalez had an instinct that the man would run away.
“Something inside me told me he was going to run. Something is wrong with the situation. I could feel something was wrong in the situation,” he said.
‘I thought he was still following me. But at that point he turned and started running. At this point, as he started walking, something clicked again.
“And I wondered, what is this man doing? And I just turned and started chasing after him,” Gonzalez recalled.

After the fatal collision, a local bartender was arrested in connection with the crash and is facing one Report of alleged alcohol abuse.
“Eight doubles, 16 single shots, that’s more than anyone should have in a three hour period. Maybe even at all,” said JT Manoushagian, Lake Worth Police Chief.
Video was also released of Molina at a bar before the accident, showing the drunk man continuing to hold a drink even as he stumbles.
“Obviously not a good place to drive a vehicle. Clearly drunk. He’ll hold another one of those double vodka and Red Bull drinks and then just walk away,” Manoushagian said.
Molina will now serve 15 years in prison for his crimes.
“It won’t bring Alex back, but at least he’s locked behind bars and unable to hurt another family like he did to ours,” said widowed wife Priscilla Cervantes.
