The Man City star backs Arsenal or Spurs move for £17m ace

Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan is hoping to see Kerem Akturkoglu in the Premier League, while Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur keep their eyes on the Galatasaray star Tivibu Sport.
On the other hand, Gündogan might not be quite so keen on the idea of Turkey’s international speed machine tearing up Etihad Turf in Arsenal or Spurs colors next season.
Corresponding Aksamthe London giants are in contention for Akturkoglu’s signature with the summer transfer window just weeks away.

The 23-year-old left winger, valued at £17million by clammy, crisis-ridden Galatasaray, is also on the respective radars of Atletico Madrid and Lyon, while Wolfsburg’s opening bid of around £12million fell through recently.
Will Kerem Atkurkoglu join a Man City star in the Premier League?
With 11 goals and 10 assists to his credit, Akturkoglu was a ray of light that pierced the clouds at Gala’s Nef Stadium.
So much so that Gündogan has been keeping a close eye on the Istanbul giants lately, hoping to catch Kerem ravaging his trademark jet-heeled flanks.
“I’ve been following Galatasaray more in recent weeks,” says Gündogan, a German international or of Turkish descent.
“Kerem Akturkoglu is a footballer worthy of Europe. Like Caglar (Soyuncu from Leicester City), I wish he could take a step up in Germany. And then to England.
“We would like to see Kerem play for the big teams in Europe.”
Akturkoglu recently instilled the fear of God in the normally calm Xavi Hernandez. The Barcelona boss admits he took special measures to stop a “very quick” attacking talent during the Europa League round of 16 against Galatasaray
Should he join Tottenham, more questions will be asked about Steven Bergwijn’s future in the capital.
Arsenal, on the other hand, already have a flashing-toed left winger in Gabriel Martinelli. On the other hand, Mikel Arteta could use a pinch of depth. Especially if his razor-thin Arsenal side seals a return to Europe.
However, a move to Lyon seems unlikely for Akturkoglu at the moment. The Europa League quarter-finalists beat Southampton to Brazilian trickster Tete last week.
