The next spring update for Clash of Clan will be different

Last years The Spring Clash Of Clans update went live around April 12th and included several important changes. It even came with another options patch that went live a few days later and helped fix some pesky bugs. A new Town Hall debuted, followed by some exciting balance changes that went live a few weeks later. But having reached April 2022 without a major content update since December, fans want to know when the spring patch will be ready.

This is the bad news SuperCell is not ready to start the new spring content and there’s a good chance it won’t go live over the weekend. From what has been shared so far, the development team plans to release a few teasers before the final update is game-ready. The good news is that while Spring has not yet arrived in Clash of Clans, SuperCell has clarified an important fact. The reason for the delay is that the next update will be a little different than others, and that could mean another exciting push of content into the rest of 2022.

The latest message from SuperCell regarding the Spring Clash of Clans update reads: “All of you… We know you’re impatient for Sneak Peeks to begin, but we’re not there yet. The next update is… different and we need a little more time. Hang in there, Chiefs!” The Clash of Clans update scheduled for April and May is expected to feature a few different patches, including an optional content release and a balance change.
