Two main post-credits scenes are attached with Spider-Man: There’s no way home and here’s what they could mean for future MCUs.
The main spoilers for Spider-Man: There’s no way home front!
The scene between the credits for Spider-Man: There’s no way home where to pick it up? Venom: Let There Be Carnage left with Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock in the MCU. Brock is at a Mexican bar trying to catch up with the MCU. Right after Brock mentioned that he wanted to take a trip to New York City to meet Spider-Man, he was transported back to his universe.
While Brock and Venom are sent back, part of the symbiote remains in the MCU. This could obviously lead to Tom Holland’s Spider-Man wearing a black suit down the line, or maybe the symbiote will find another host like Flash Thompson, who becomes Agent Venom in the comics.
The Spider-Man: There’s no way home post-credits scene catching up with Doctor Strange on first viewing of Sam Raimi’s film Madness’s Multiverse. In the footage, we can see familiar faces like Wong, Karl Mordo and Scarlet Witch. The trailer also gives us our first look at Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez, a young Avenger in the comics.
Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch is first seen at the house she ran away from after the events WandaVision. Doctor Strange then asks Wanda for help with the unleashed multiverse chaos. We also see her perform a spell in the exact same suit in the comics that debuted in the Disney Plus series.
The trailer also shows Doctor Strange in a battle with the giant monster, Gargantos, not to be confused with the other tentacle creature, Shuma-Gorath from What if…? Although, the end of the first look has an image of an evil Doctor Strange, who could be the version of the Supreme Sorcerer we saw in the animated series.
