Anna Paul has suffered a very embarrassing cooking mistake after trying to cook an Italian dish at home.

The 23-year-old Tiktok star shared a photo of what appeared to be a professional chef hand-rolling gnocchi, revealing she would try to make it at home.

To accompany the dish, the influencer made what she believes to be a tomato and basil sauce, even going so far as to pick herbs from her own garden.

But after sharing a piece of basil in her garden, many fans were quick to realize that the green plant she added to her sauce was actually mint.

“Re-making these gnocchi at home over time,” the OnlyFans star wrote, before sharing a picture of a mint plant, writing, “If you get some basil from the garden, thank the plant whenever you take some .”

She then shared a picture of a tomato sauce with mint, along with a dish made with melted butter and other herbs.

Though basil looks and smells very different from mint, Anna didn’t seem to realize she’d picked the wrong plant until it was too late — she even posted a picture of the finished gnocchi dish with steak strips on top.
