Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen star Patrik Schick, with Arsenal and West Ham also eyeing the Czech international.

According to the Daily MailAntonio Conte’s side have joined the growing group of clubs eyeing a summer move for Schick, with Manchester City and Everton also interested in the 26-year-old forward.

Schick has been one of the most successful attackers in Europe this season. The former AS Roma star recorded an impressive 20 goals and three assists in 20 Bundesliga games for Leverkusen. This form has now also caught the eye of Tottenham.

Celebrated as “world class” by Leverkusen boss Fernando Carro via Sky GermanySchick has been sensational this season after producing an incredible performance for the Czech Republic at Euro 2020, where his stunning goal against Scotland was voted goal of the tournament.

with Jeunes Footeux reports that £50million will be required to sign Schick this summer, Tottenham could inject the case on the Bundesliga superstar should Harry Kane leave his boyhood club, with City and Manchester United keeping an eye on the striker.

Given how unlikely a move this summer feels for the Tottenham talisman, Spurs’ interest in Schick feels a bit unusual given the striker’s resemblance to Kane and this could open the door for Arsenal or West Ham from David Moyes open to sign the striker.

Kane remains Tottenham’s best player heading into the summer and the England international could be the reason why Spurs miss out on chic as two players are oddly similar and unlikely to work in the same system under Antonio Conte.

With Heung-min Son having a telepathic relationship with Kane, the duo work wonders together in attack, meaning Schick’s signing could only complicate things for Tottenham despite the need for more firepower.
