Franck Kessie is out of contract with Milan at the end of the season.

The Ivory Coast midfielder is said to have told Milan he would not sign a new contract.

Big step for Tottenham Hotspur

In our opinion, Tottenham’s contact with Franck Kessie’s agent is a huge step forward.

From January 1, the former Atalanta midfielder will be able to sign a pre-contract with a club outside of Italy.

And, based on the report in The Express, Tottenham could find themselves on the cusp of an excellent free agent.

Franck Kessie is highly appreciated in the world of football and is still only 25 years old.

This means that the Milan star can only improve more and more in the coming years.

Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte will know Kessie well from his time in Italy.

And, in our opinion, he would be a very good signing for Spurs, especially on a free transfer.

In other news, Wijnaldum and two former Newcastle stars should try to re-sign in January
