Celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge has revealed the incredible results of six months of weight loss.
The Kitchen Nightmares Australia star, 48, took to Instagram on Sunday to share incredible side-by-side photos showing off his body transformation.
In the caption, Colin explained that he had trained with fitness expert Adam Eddine at the UFC gym in Rockdale, south Sydney.

“When I first started training with Adam, he let me take a picture on the first day (which I found quite embarrassing to look at,” he began.
He continued, “After six months and a lot of filming on the road, we still found time for our weekly Colin bashing.”
Colin went on to praise Adam for keeping him motivated on his fitness journey.

“You meet a few people in life who really help you and motivate you, Adam is one of those people! There’s still work to be done (beer belly),” he added.
Colin can be seen in a series of new Instagram videos where he works out at the gym.
It comes after star host Kitchen Nightmares Australia.
Colin praised his trainer for keeping him motivated on his fitness journey. “You meet a few people in life who really help you and motivate you, Adam is one of those people! There’s still work to be done (beer belly),” he added
The series was originally hosted in the UK and US by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
When he’s not busy with this hit series, the curly-haired talker directs episodes of another TV cooking hit, My Kitchen Rules.
The Dublin-born celebrity chef says making MKR is like stepping into an “old shoe”.

“I’ve been doing this show for 10 years and it’s good to be back,” he said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph in July.
Colin added that he loved making Kitchen Nightmares and named some of the kitchens that he found “shocking”.
Kitchen Nightmares ran for five seasons in the UK from 2004 to 2007 before returning for a one-off season in 2014. It also ran on Fox in the US from 2007 to 2014.
