Two men charged in Lancaster shooting, one arrested

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Lancaster City Police Headquarters has arrested a man in connection with a shooting in November 2022 and another man is still wanted, according to a police report.
Lancaster Police said officers responded to a shooting at Block 100 of South Prince Street around 1:11am on November 28, 2022, where they found two men with multiple gunshot wounds.
One of the victims, later identified as Luis Sanchez, died from his injuries.

Following an inquest, Detective Adam Flurry of the Lancaster City Bureau of Police charged 22-year-old Ziair Collymore and 30-year-old Jerbrell Westmoreland, both from Lancaster, with attempted murder and criminal conspiracy to commit murder.
Collymore, who was arrested on February 23, 2023, was also charged with reckless endangerment of another person and a firearms charge.
Westmoreland is still at large and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Lancaster Police at 717-735-3300.
