Two other men have been charged in connection with the murder of Ashley Dale, who was shot dead in Liverpool

Two other men have been charged in connection with the murder of Ashley Dale, who was shot dead in the garden of her home last summer.
Liverpool’s Niall Barry, 26, and Sean Zeisz, 27, have been charged with murder following the death of the Knowsley Council officer on August 21, 2022.
Four people have now been charged with her murder, including Joseph Peers, 28, and James Witham, 40, who have also been charged with intentional gun possession.
Kallum Radford, 25, was also charged with aiding and abetting an offender.
Miss Dale, 28, was found with a gunshot wound in the garden of her home in Old Swan, Liverpool last year.

Police were called by concerned neighbors who heard gunshots and saw a woman lying on the ground outside.
Detectives said a gunman burst through her front door and “randomly” fired multiple shots, one of which hit Ashley in the abdomen.
Merseyside Police previously said Ashley was not believed to be the intended target, although it was understood that ‘Address was targeted’.
Miss Dale was taken to the hospital but died shortly after the incident.
In a statement following her death, Ms Dale’s family said: “Ashley, our girl – our shining light. Our hearts are broken into a million pieces. Ashley was a hardworking young woman with her whole life ahead of her.
‘She’d just been promoted at her job at Knowsley Council. She had a degree and so many plans for her bright future that was just beginning. Her laugh, smile and energy were contagious in every room.
“We can’t face the way that would happen to a defenseless woman in her own home. None of this makes sense and our lives will never be the same again. A senseless crime that tore a family apart. Justice must be brought.’
A total of 15 people have been arrested since the investigation began, according to the Liverpool Echo.

Barry and Zeisz are in custody and will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court tomorrow.
