Many Hallmark fans have been wondering when Tyler Hynes will star in a new Hallmark film. He recently hinted that he might have a new project soon.
Tyler Hynes said he has “two projects” in the works
in a (n Interview with DigitalJournal, Hynes announced that it is completing a project that is not part of the Hallmark network and will then start two new projects. While he didn’t specifically say these are Hallmark projects, the way he phrased his statement certainly suggested they were.
“I’m finishing a project outside of the world of Hallmark and there are two projects I’ll be working on shortly,” he told Digital Journal.
When asked what he would call the current chapter of his life, if need be, he said: “Finding peace in the chaos.”
Hynes shared on social media in April that he had lost a friend who is dear to his heart.
On InstagramHynes wrote that he had a close friend who loved his films and that friend died while he was making Always Amore.
“During this film I lost someone I love very much,” he wrote. “Someone I’ve known since birth, whose family I consider my own.”
He said one scene in particular touched him and made him think of his friend.
“[It was] a scene dealing with the loss of a loved one,” he wrote. “It was surreal to say the least, but her life and indeed her death gave me things that I won’t discuss here but that will haunt me forever. For the better.”
In fact, he changed a line in the film to honor her.
“For her and her family, I changed a line in the film as my quiet way of showing them respect and love,” he wrote.
Hynes also said Andrew Walker and his wife are “spectacular people.”
Hynes’ cousin is married to another Hallmark star, Andrew Walker. The two stars are very close and often post videos and photos together on social media.
He told Digital Journal: “Andrew and his wife Cassandra are two of the most spectacular people out there. You can’t have a more beautiful couple who are genuine, honest, healthy, smart and confident. They both have businesses, kids, and Andrew’s career, and they’re amazing.”
Hynes recently made a series of posts featuring Walker on Instagram as part of a sponsored post campaign for Universal Studios.
In one post, he wrote: “Where he ends, I begin. @awalkk35. Thank you @unistudios for looking after us all so generously 🤍🙏🏻 #atuniversal #ad #sponsored”
Walker replied: “I already miss you ”
Hynes jokingly wrote back, “That’s what you’re saying 👉🏻👈🏻☺️ #walkerwednesday.”
Hynes’ last film for Hallmark was Always Amore alongside Autumn Resser. His other recent work includes Letterkenny, An Unexpected Christmas, My Christmas Family Tree (where he had a cameo appearance), Roadhouse Romance, Sweet Carolina, It Was Always You, and On the 12th day of Christmas.”
