Ukraine’s security service says it intercepted a phone call proving Russia destroyed the Kakhovka Dam

KIEV (Reuters) – Ukraine’s domestic intelligence service said on Friday it had intercepted a phone call proving that Russian forces had blown up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station and dam in southern Ukraine’s Kherson region.
The Security Service of Ukraine published a one and a half minute audio clip of the alleged conversation on its Telegram channel.
