VPR fans defend Raquel Leviss after she is accused of copying co-stars

Raquel Leviss is dealing with the aftermath of her headline-grabbing cheating scandal with her Vanderpump Rules co-star Tom Sandoval, but some fans of the show think things are getting out of hand as every aspect of her past continues to be analyzed.

The former pageant queen’s affair with the Tom Sandoval frontman and most of the extras was revealed on March 3, 2023. It marked the end of Sandoval’s 10-year relationship with his girlfriend Ariana Madix. TMZ reports.

The Leviss co-stars are furious over her secret relationship with Sandoval and her betrayal of Madix, but some followers have thrown a spanner in the works over allegations of old photos of Leviss showing her in outfits similar to the former SUR bartender and co-star Show Lala Kent.

Vanderpump Rules fans think the Leviss co-stars are looking for things right now

“This one time I wore this to an awards show and at the next awards show R*quel showed up in my saaaaame look,” Kent captioned the post, which also included a reference to a scene from the movie Clueless. “The red flags were everywhere all along,” she added.

The @BravoandCocktails Instagram account also shared a picture of Madix in a pink sheer dress with a fringed bodice alongside Leviss in a similar sheer dress with fringed sleeves. “Lala posted Rachelle copied her look. An observant devotee found this. Guess she’s not the only one who copied her…” came the caption. Leviss’ dress is actually one of her confessional looks from season 10.

Fans reacted that comparing the outfits was a bit much.

“Usually trending things are worn by others and inspired by friends and social media. Bad choices for a girlfriend’s boyfriend, but the clothes are too far-fetched to attack.” wrote one commenter.

“Completely agree. People are looking for shit to jump on.” another wrote.

“Completely and just petty at this point. just stop it” added another.

Other even said Leviss wore the dresses “better” than her co-stars.

“Now let’s get down to business!” another agreed. “Gosh they don’t even look alike and honestly, R dresses are prettier and she looks better! #Just stop.”

“Not a ‘Rachel’ fan at all (yet!) but Lala doesn’t own the rights to black lace and Ariana doesn’t own the rights to pink sheer fabrics. Raquel has committed many great treacheries…but that’s a bit of a stretch.” another wrote.

Posted in an apology on Instagram On March 8, 2023, Leviss announced that she had “lost friendships” amid the scandal. In a separate postShe described her relationship with Sandoval as “unsustainable”.

But her Vanderpump Rules boss, Lisa Vanderpump, came to her defense — sort of. While talking to “See What Happens Live” On March 8, the SUR owner denounced the “vigilante justice” she experienced after the affair. “I think these are people living their lives in a public forum, which is very difficult,” she said of Leviss and Sandoval. “There is so much infidelity in the world. It’s not like they murdered anyone.”

Vanderpump added that Leviss and Sandoval also “hurt.” “I’m not saying we should let her off the hook,” she added. “Condemn their actions, but don’t judge the people.”

Also on his SiriusXM Radio Show “Andy Cohen Live” Cohen said he was glad to see Levis’ apology.

“I’ve always taken apologies at face value,” he said. “I’m like, ‘Oh, OK, good for Raquel.’ [Then I was like]”Well trolls go ahead and y’all give us 85 reasons why this is a terrible apology,” the Bravo host added.

Cohen told his co-host John Hill that he didn’t think Leviss’ apology was terrible, and he agreed it was the first step she needed to take to publicly address the scandal.
