VPR star Tom Sandoval joked that he’s “connected” with castmate

Vanderpump Rules personality Ariana Madix has split from boyfriend of nine years, Tom Sandoval. TMZ reports on March 3, 2023 that Sandoval had been unfaithful in his relationship with Madix and had “allegedly cheated with costar Raquel Leviss”. As fans know, Leviss kissed Sandoval’s close friend and business partner Tom Schwartz while filming the show’s tenth season, which premiered on February 8, 2023. According to Us WeeklySchwartz’s ex-wife, Katie Maloney, was unhappy with his decision to kiss Leviss as they agreed to only date outside of their friend group.

In a Us Weekly interview in February 2023 Alongside Sandoval, Schwartz admitted he had a “sort of very informal pact not to meet with anyone in the group.” However, he suggested that he felt Maloney should have reacted less to his flirtatious friendship with Leviss, explaining, “If the roles were reversed, it doesn’t matter who Katie gets involved with or has or would be up with.” Schwartz and Sandy’s business partners then decided to joke that he was having an affair with Maloney.

“Well, I have to tell you something,” Sandoval teased, laughing. Schwartz responded with a smile and quipped, “I knew it.”

Katie Maloney has shown her support for Madix ever since reports circulated of their split. On March 6, 2023, Maloney uploaded two pictures this showed her posing with her castmate. In the first picture, Madix and Maloney sat under a tree while showing peace signs. The following picture showed the couple walking arm in arm.

“You will thrive the way it was always meant to be!” read the caption of Maloney’s post.

Maloney also criticized Sandoval’s statement on the fraud reports. March 4th, Sandoval uploaded an Instagram post to comment on the matter. He affirmed that he “fully understands[s] [and] earn[s] [fans] anger and disappointment [him].” The Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras singer also apologized to Schwartz & Sandy’s partners, including Tom Schwartz, and their employees.

Maloney shared the statement in a March 4 Instagram Story, noting that Sandoval chose not to mention Madix.

“Where’s the mention of hurting Ariana?! No apologies to her?” wrote the 36-year-old.

Maloney and Madix are about to open a restaurant called Something About Her. The official Instagram account describes the upscale sandwich shop as “uncompromisingly feminine and undeniably delicious.”

Maloney shared some information about the restaurant while taping a February 2023 episode of “Vanderpump Rules.” Kristen Doute’s Sex, Love, and What Else Matters Podcast. She suggested the facility will be in West Hollywood, California. The 36-year-old clarified that she and Madix are not close to opening Something About Her. She explained that “so many factors come into play” before they can start serving customers.

“It’s not as simple as picking color or tables and chairs, it’s like a lot of extra work, legal stuff that comes with it, licenses and permissions,” Maloney explained.

The reality TV star also shared that the restaurant won’t feel “trendy.”

“It kind of feels like it’s always been there,” said the ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star.
