Where is murder suspect Bryan Kohberger now?
After the tragic events of November 13, 2022, a murder investigation is under way Statesman of Idaho and other news outlets call the “University of Idaho murders.” Police arrested graduate student Bryan Kohberger for the crime just over a month later and have since been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary.

Kohberger is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2023 at the Latah County Courthouse for a preliminary hearing on the probable cause. After being charged with a crime, many murder suspects are being held in prison without bail. Fortunately, Kohberger is no different. The New York Post confirmed he is being held at the Latah County Jail in Moscow, Idaho.
He will likely remain incarcerated there during his trial and may be transferred to the Idaho Department of Justice once a verdict is reached.

The Idaho Correctional Facility confirmed that it houses 8,000 inmates in nine state prisons. At the time of this writing, we do not know where Kohberger would be housed if found guilty of the murders of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

As of this writing, Kohberger has not filed a plea for the murder and burglary allegations. Despite petitions filed by the media, the gag order is still in effect with little public coverage.
