Where is Philo Newcombe in Hitman 3?

Philo Newcombe returns as an elusive target in Hitman 3 until January 6, 2022. Before that, he appeared in Hitman 3 as an elusive target from the 30th. July to August 9, 2021.

Heartbreaker quests start directly outside the location, regardless of the starting location. You can find Newcombe in the movie theater if you want to take your time, or in the reception area, if you fast. Either way, he’ll go slow between the Reception area and the cinema.

Aside from showing the two women the area, he’s really just trying to seduce one of them named Michelle and hate the other named Phoebe. This is important as they will follow him the whole time if not scared by the player.

The easiest way to find out where he is is to get into Philo Newcombe’s wedding van (in the parking lot) and pick up a scrapbook. You should give scrapbook to Pheobe, the blonde woman near Newcombe.

Outside the starting location of the Winery Viewpoint, there were two very obscure sentinels. Since players can get pretty much anything in their protective uniform, we recommend that they use this by getting it from one of the two guardians.

When Pheobe sees the serial killer’s scrapbook, she and Michelle will leave, leaving Philo alone in the cinema of grief. This is a guaranteed way to keep Newcombe alone in the area. The most common method is to poison the drink, but either way, the closest escape is the grape field, about a 10-second jog away.
