Given the allure of having the best and rarest pets in Pet Simulator X, it’s surprising to hear that many players don’t know how to make their own, including how to craft the coveted Rainbow pets. Luckily, in the short guide below, we detail everything you need to know about the Rainbow pet crafting process, including the location of the Rainbow Machine.

How to use the Rainbow Machine in Pet Simulator X
note: Before we start breaking down the Rainbow pet transformation process, it’s important to mention that in order to create a Rainbow pet, you must have access to at least one Golden Domestic animal. For details on how to craft golden pets, see the information below. If you already have golden pets and are just looking for the rainbow pet steps, feel free to skip them.
How to create golden pets in Pet Simulator X
In order to craft Golden Pets, you must access them golden machinelocated in the Spawn World shop biome.

With this machine’s menu open, select any pet from your inventory to place in the machine. Unfortunately, creating a golden pet isn’t always guaranteed, and the machine is mostly based on chance. However, the more pets of the same kind you put into the machine, the higher the chance that it will successfully dispense a golden pet. The full odds list is below.

| 5 pets | 1,000 diamonds | 88% chance of getting a gold pet |
| 6 pets | 1,250 diamonds | 100% chance of getting a gold pet |
As can be seen from the table above, if you just put one or two animals of the same pet in the machine, the chances of the process being successful are much lower. On the other hand, if you put five or six of the same pet in the machine, you’re almost guaranteed to get a golden pet back. Regardless of whether the process succeeds or fails, you will lose any pets you enter into the machine when it completes. So make sure you want to transform them before you start!
How to make rainbow pets in Pet Simulator X
Now that you have at least one gold pet, we can go to the mine biome and access the rainbow machine. This machine works almost identically to the Golden Machine; The only difference is that it requires more diamonds to use. The odds for this machine are in the table below.

If your Golden to Rainbow transformation is successful, congratulations – you now have a pet that is almost 10x better than a regular non-gold, non-rainbow colored pet!
