There are tons of different endgame events in Lost Ark that you can take part in, which bring a variety of rewards. These rewards can be used to buy things and even craft armor. Such an item that helps in the crafting of higher item level armor sets is called knightly oath.
Knight’s Oath can only be farmed specifically in the target area of Ancient Elveria during the completion of Abyssal Dungeons. Abyssal Dungeons can be in any major node next to it guard raids and Abyss Raids and can only be completed once a week.

How to get the Knight’s Oath in Lost Ark
Since Knight’s Oath can only be farmed in the Ancient Elveria Abyssal Raids, this means that you can only obtain it by completing either of the two Demon Beast Canyon or Origin of the Necromancer Abyss Dungeons.
Considering this is just one of the expected rewards for completing the Abyssal Dungeon, there’s a chance it won’t drop, meaning you’d have to wait until the following Thursday at 5pm EST to try again.
