How to catch

All of these Pokémon can be caught just like any other: with Poké Balls. You can increase your chances of success by weakening Growlithe first. Growlithe is extremely weak against Water and Ground attacks, so be sure to bring a Pokémon of one of those types if you’re hunting them. Once you’ve lost enough health (it’s best to wait until it turns red), throw a Poké Ball at it to catch it.
