Rose revealed that her husband Justin Rose was fired from his job and she believes it was due to his involvement in The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. “It was a Monday, I’ve actually had a really rough day, I’d just dropped the kids off at home and stayed in the car,” Rose explained in a confessional during the episode. “Justin pulled up next to me, he got out of the car and he came to my window and I said, ‘I’m so overwhelmed. I’ve got too much on my plate and I just need to take a break.” He just looked at me in shock and said, ‘Well, I just got fired.'”

Rose’s husband then revealed exactly what his boss said to him as he let him go.

“He said how much he appreciates my work, but since Whitney is a public figure, I just didn’t see how we could make this continue to work,” Rose said. “This is how the conversation started”

Rose explained that she believed the “last straw” before he was fired was when the two last season filmed an intimate scene together in which they painted each other’s half-naked bodies and made art out of it. “It feels like the camel’s last straw when we did ‘Love Is Art,'” Rose said. “Yeah, that might be gross, but I’m damn proud of it.”
