Ending Declared “Bad Travelling” for Love, Death and Robots S3

At the end of Love, Death and Robots Season 3 “Bad Travelling,” things only get worse for Torrin, the ship’s navigator and suspected negotiator with the monster below, as the crew mutinies and tries to kill him in his sleep. However, Torrin predicted that the group would try to save themselves this way and is ready to kill them if they realize their mistake in his dimly lit cabin.

Torrin kills every member of the mutiny, but there was one soul who refused to take part and was found hiding in a nearby trunk. Torrin shows no mercy to anyone and dumps him along with the rest of the corpses on the lower decks for the animal crab to consume – revealing that indeed everyone voted to sacrifice the people of Phaedin Island.

Torrin then goes below deck to talk to the monster; However, he starts cutting into several barrels and reveals that the sharks the crew used to hunt are being targeted because they have a lot of oil… When he shoots a lamp nearby, the entire goes ship on fire.

The captain thankfully refuses to go down with his ship and rows away from the ship, burying the man-eating crab and its fry with it in its debris.

Who voices Torrin in Love, Death and Robots S3 “Bad Travelling”?

Torrin is voiced by the legendary Troy Baker, a video game and voiceover industry veteran. The majority of players will do it immediately recognize Baker as the voice of Joel Miller from The Last of Us, Sam Drake from Uncharted and Robin/Tim Drake in the video games Batman: Arkham City and Knights – and The Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins.

A Dallas, Texas native, he has also provided voices for the English dubbing of a number of popular anime series, most notably Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (Greed), Naruto (Yamato), One Piece (Helmeppo), and Bleach (Jin).

However, the 46-year-old has countless merits to his name, arguably too many to list here. In addition to providing voices in various Call of Duty titles, Baker has also appeared in BioShock, Death Stranding, Metal Gear Solid, Far Cry, Borderlands and Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.

Unsurprisingly, Baker holds the record for most actor nominations at the BAFTA Games Awards between 2013 and 2021 — but he’s also a musician, with three studio albums released between 2004 and 2017.
