On May 19, Tracey Jacobs testified in the defamation case between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard.
In the recorded statement, she spoke about her working relationship with Johnny and his alleged “behaviour” that impacted his Hollywood career.
Also played during today’s trial was the November 2019 testimony of the actor’s former flame, Ellen Barkin. She opened up about her relationship with the actor in the ’90s.

Who is Tracey Jacobs?
Tracey is Co-Head of Talent and Partner at United Talent Agency. She has been part of the company for over two decades.
2010 during a conversation with The Hollywood ReporterShe had talked about turning 50. This means that she will be 62 years old this year.
Based in California, her impressive client list includes celebrities such as Nathan Lane, Elizabeth Hurley, William Petersen, Vincent D’Onofrio, Lasse Hallstrom and Terry Zwigoff.
“My goal is to make a career. If you do that, the money will follow,” she said diversity all the way back to 2001.
According to her profile on the company official siteTracey joined UTA as a partner in 1998 and was promoted to the board in 2008.
She is the first woman to hold this position at a major talent agency.
What did Johnny Depp’s ex-talent agent say?
Tracey represented Johnny from the beginning of her career at UTA until she was released in 2016.
She talks about her role in his career claimed that Johnny became “the biggest star alive,” and when asked if she’d give that credit, Tracey said yes.
She also noted that his reputation was tarnished by his “unprofessional behavior” in the latter stages of his career.
“His star was tarnished because it was getting harder to get him jobs given the reputation he’d built for being late and other things,” the talent agent said.
When does the process end?
Johnny and Amber’s defamation case is set to end on May 27th. The closing arguments are also held on the same day.
It began on April 11 of this year in Fairfax, Virginia.
Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for defamation over a comment she published in the Washington Post in 2018. Heard is suing Depp. The case is to be continued.
