Season 2 of the popular Netflix series shadow and bone was published and has already received positive reviews. And while several new characters were introduced in the new season, all eyes are on the character Kaz.

In Season 2, fans will learn Kaz’s emotional backstory. When he was a child, he and his brother Jordie were diagnosed with the plague of firepox. Presuming they were about to die, they were both thrown onto a funeral boat and left to die. But miraculously, Kaz (Freddy Carter) survived. The sad news, however, was that Jordie didn’t.
Jordie soon died on the boat from the plague. This left Kaz to stay on the ship and be the sole survivor, surrounded by the touch of his brother and the other dead.
In fact, he was eventually able to exit the boat using his brother’s body as a human raft.

Now we see that he wears gloves so as not to feel anyone’s touch. He was too upset and upset by the boat accident to ever feel anyone else again.
Jordie, played by actor Tommy Rodger, made his debut in the backstories of season two with Kaz. He starred in a total of six episodes this season. The scenes with Kaz and Jordie are among the most emotional moments of the season.
Kaz is played by English actor Freddy Carter.

Freddy also starred in the Netflix series Free rein. When it comes to dealing with a character with such an emotional background, Freddy said he understands what fans expect of him.
He told it recently Performance that: “I totally get it because I really wanted to do him justice. I loved the books so much. They are such richly drawn characters. And I felt a kind of great responsibility to do that.”
In fact, the shadow and bone Trilogy book series was so popular that it became a highly anticipated show on Netflix.

In addition to the gloves he wears, Kaz also uses a stick in all of his scenes.
Freddy said, “The cane was really important to me and actually key to the character as a whole. I’ve never played a character with a physical disability before, so it seemed like a really good place to start portraying Kaz – he’s moving and going about his business with a cane.”
A third season of shadow and bone has not yet been announced by Netflix, but a spin-off series known as Six crows is currently in progress. The series is currently in development and no cast announcements have been made.
