There is good news for those who Like a Dragon: Ishin! and especially want to try his fight.

A Feb. 16 press release from Sega revealed that a demo for the game is now available on PlayStation consoles, Xbox consoles, and PC. The demo is 20 minutes long and focuses on giving players some hands-on time with the game’s combat ahead of its Early Access launch on February 17th and global release on February 21st.

This would grant access to all four of Like a Dragon: Ishin!’s core combat styles. enable, including: The Brawler style, in which the protagonist, Sakamoto Ryoma, battles enemies using melee moves and abilities; the Swordsman style, which allows for more traditional sword-based attacks and techniques; the Gunman style, in which Ryoma advertises a revolver and employs sniper techniques; and the Wild Dancer style, which allows Ryoma to kick off with a mix of all styles while also wielding a weapon and sword.

While the demo doesn’t offer an opportunity to dive into the game’s story and not transfer any progress, it’s still a perfect opportunity to see what’s available in the actual game. It also serves as a nice peek into one of the title’s core gameplay loops, as Ishin fits Judgment or Yakuza 0 more than Yakuza: Like a Dragon. Interested parties can download it through the digital platform tied to the console of their choice.
