Zach Bryan Arrested in Oklahoma – The Hollywood Reporter

Country music star Zach Bryan was arrested by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on Thursday.
It is not yet clear what incident led to Bryan’s arrest, which occurred in Vinita, Oklahoma, but the singer was taken to Craig County Jail for obstructing an investigation. according to the prison’s website.
Later on Thursday evening, Bryan tweeted a statement. “Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. The emotions overwhelmed me and I took the wrong direction with my words,” he wrote.
“I support law enforcement as much as I can, I was just frustrated in the moment, it was unlike me and I apologize. They put me in jail and there’s a mugshot of me floating around,” Bryan continued.
He added: “We ask that we all get over this and people know that I’m just doing my best. I love you and I’m really sorry for the officers.”
Bryan, who lives in Tulsa, was nominated for new artist of the year at the upcoming Country Music Awards on Wednesday and also made history this week when his new self-titled album and single with Kacey Musgaves (“I Remember Everything”) took home the No. 1 spot occupied The billboard 200 albums or Hot 100 charts.
