Zeldin’s attack rep reveals what’s behind the attack after several suggestions NY’s Dem Gov contributed to the attack

David Jakubonis, the man facing federal charges for taking the stage with a weapon in hand last week and walking towards Republican New York gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin, told regulators find out who is behind his actions:
And it turned out it was Jakubonis alone – with some fuel from the whiskey he drank, according to Fox News.
Jakubonis told investigators he didn’t even know who was talking when confronting Zeldin, according to Fox, citing a criminal complaint.
Video from Thursday’s event at a Veterans of Foreign Wars headquarters in Fairpoint, New York, shows Jakubonis calmly walking on stage as U.S. Representative Zeldin is speaking.
Jakubonis can be heard saying “you’re done” several times in the video as he moves towards Zeldin.
Trend:
Climate activists prepare to destroy the Tour de France, but angry spectators handle it before the police can even arrive.
The video also shows Jakubonis holding in his right hand what appears to be a “self-defense keychain” that looks like a cartoon cat’s head, with two ears protruding in two.
The two men got into a small scuffle before others rushed to tackle the intruder and he was arrested.
Zeldin then returned to the stage and continued his speech.
Jakubonis was initially released after the incident, but was arrested by federal authorities on Saturday and charged with assaulting a member of Congress with a deadly weapon.

If convicted, Jakubonis faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, according to a statement from the Justice Department.
Shortly after the incident, some Republicans accused New York Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul of encouraging GOP opponents to “follow” Zeldin.
On Thursday, hours before the confrontation, according to the New York Post, Hochul’s campaign released a bulletin listing the dates and times of several upcoming Zeldin events and encouraged liberals to ” RSVP” for the Zeldin campaign.
Is New York Governor Kathy Hochul Any Responsibility For The Attack On U.S. Representative Lee Zeldin?
“Operation Hochul is encouraging people to follow Lee Zeldin,” said Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman, according to the New York Post. “This is what liberals did to our Supreme Court justices.”
It was referring to the Justice Department’s charge that a California man was arrested near the home of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in Maryland last month with conspiring or threatening to kidnap or kill a judge. USA.
Blakeman continued: “Wrong. Kathy Hochul should have known more. “
State Republican spokeswoman Jessica Proud agreed.
“The rhetoric of the Hochul campaign was impressive and above all,” she told the Post. “They ginned this thing.”
Politicians may be competing over security breaches for a different reason.
Earlier this month, Shinzo Abe, Japan’s former prime minister, was shot twice and killed while giving a speech on a street in the Japanese city of Nara.
Hochul used social media to express his relief that Zeldin was okay, while denouncing political violence.
My team informed me of the incident at Lee Zeldin’s campaign event tonight. Glad to hear that Congressman Zeldin was unharmed and the suspect is in custody. I condemn this act of violence in the strongest possible terms – it has no place in New York.
